Tom's friend, Tali, is going to enter her dog, Watkins in the "Best Behaved" dog class at the Oaktown Fair. Tom always wanted his own dog and finally gets Muggins in time for the dog show. But he finds his new dog isn't well trained at all! Josh, a new friend who trained his own service dog, shows Tom the perfect trick for the dog show. But will Muggins be able to learn the trick in time?
