The Prometheus myth is revisited as Mallach, an Earth-loving resident alien, seeks to provide our planet with the fire of nuclear fusion to generate cheap electrical power. He creates an overcomplicated plan to copy and smuggle information from his homeworld to Earth. A nasty bureaucrat from the Agency for the Safety and Protection of Pre-Emergents attempts to stop Mallach by exceeding the limits set by her agency. Mallach's family, policemen, hospital personnel and an additional alien presence are all involved in the transfer of the offering from this Prometheus. But he has to escape first!
